Online Reservation

To ensure the rights and quality of visits for all visitors, please adhere to the following guidelines.

1. All visits to the Museum are free with reservation only. Please complete your reservation before noon on the day prior to your visit.

2. Museum does not have the waitlist or walk-in visits. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Individual Visit (less than 15)

Online reservations can be made 24 hours a day for reservations starting the next day to the end of the next month. The new tours will be released at 9 AM on the first of next month.
Museum will release empty slots when reservations are canceled. You are welcome to contact us for the latest reservation status or visit our website.
If you find a suitable tour slot but not your preferred language, please contact us directly.

Group Visit (15 and above)
Groups of 15 or more visitors are welcome to make reservations on further dates yet to be released on the system for the current year. Please call or mail us directly.

Audio Guide Tour
Explore the Museum with an audio guide in Mandarin, English, or Japanese. (Each device requires a single valid photo ID.)
