The TSMC Museum of Innovation is open at the following times:

At present, reservations are required for admission to the Museum. Reservations can be made online (www.tsmcmoi.com) or by phone (886-3-5636968).

Reminder: Online reservations can be made 24 hours a day for reservations starting the next day to the end of the next month. Please complete your reservation before noon on the day prior to your visit.

Admission to the Museum is free. At present, reservations are required. To make your reservations, please go to the Online Reservation page of the museum's website.

We apologize that the tours for this month and the next are full. The exhibits in the Museum are permanent. You can make reservations for the new tours beginning at 9 AM on the first of next month. Thank you very much for your patience.

Your reservation is successfully completed when you see the message "Your reservation is successfully completed!" The system will also send a confirmation to your e-mail address. Please provide your reservation information (including the reservation code) to museum personnel upon entry. We also suggest that you use the My Reservation function after making your reservation to check whether your reservation date/time is correct.

TSMC Museum of Innovation does not sell souvenirs at this moment. However, we offer souvenirs through various activities onsite. You are welcomed to participate.

You can look up your reservation code on the twenty-four-hour online reservation website by typing in the cell phone number and e-mail address that you provided when making your reservation. Or please call our service line at 886-3-5636968.

Please provide your cell phone number of e-mail address, the time of the tour you reserved, and the name of the contact person. We will look it up on the system and get back to you as soon as possible.

To protect other visitors' interests, those who fail to show at the reserved time 3 times without prior notice or cancelation beforehand will be unable to make reservations in the future, and any other reservations made will be cancelled automatically.

To protect the rights of other visitors, we urge that cancelations be made before noon on the day prior to the reserved date. In the event of a cancelation, the system will display the quota available for other visitors. At present, we do not have waitlists or allow walk-in visitors. Individuals who fail to show at the reserved time without prior notice or cancelation beforehand for three or more times within a year will be unable to make reservations in the future, and any other reservations made by said individual will be cancelled automatically.

Each visit duration will be 80 minutes, including a 40-50 minute Guided Tour by professional docent from the museum, or a 30 minute tour with an Audio Guide. If you cannot arrive on time, your visit will be shortened. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The "The World of Semiconductor" exhibit was a collaboration between the TSMC Foundation and the National Museum of Natural Science. The objective of this exhibit is to promote popular science education and give the public a basic understanding of the connections between the semiconductor industry and everyday life.

Please refer to the Getting Here for transportation. The Museum provides free parking lots for visitors who book their visits in advance. Please present your reservation form to parking personnel at the parking lot entrance. However, due to a limited number of parking spaces, we cannot guarantee vacancy. If the parking lots are full, please find a parking space in the area surrounding the Museum. Please also note that your vehicle may only enter the parking lot 30 minutes before the time of your reservation. After your visit, please drive your vehicle out of the parking lot within 30 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your cooperation.

The walk from the parking lot to the Museum takes approximately five minutes. On rainy days, we suggest that you drop off your companions at the entrance of the Museum before parking your car. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

To maximize visit quality, please do not eat, drink, smoke, chew gum, or chew betel nuts within the museum.

Guide dogs on duty are allowed in the Museum, but no other pets are allowed on the premises. We suggest that visitors with pets make reservations for pet sitting at a pet hotel nearby.

At present, there are no sign language or braille guided tours available in the Museum. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Although photography is allowed in the Museum, flash photography, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, and video or audio recording are not permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We also encourage visitors to take advantage of our group photo spot located in front of the Museum's entrance.

There are some small storage lockers in the Museum. Upon entry into the Museum, please check any backpacks, travel bags, luggage, or full-size umbrellas larger than A4 size paper in the check room.
